  • Basic Processing $1.25/lb hanging weight 100lb minimum

  • Skinning (must be gutted) $75 (no caping, ivory removal or skull plate removal)

  • Cleaning fee up to skinning fee.

  • Meat Can Be Transferred to Phoenix Location for $50 per animal

  • Fresh Sausage- $3/lb with 5lb minimum
